Rental Extensions and Refunds


Rental Extensions


will not be granted if:

  • Primary pool fails, and no backup pool is setup.
  • Pool information is not entered before rental period begins.
  • Chosen pool difficulty causes decreased hash speed.


will be granted if:

  • There is any downtime caused by us.
  • Average hash rate drops reasonably below advertised speed.
  • We determine at our discretion that a rental extension is necessary.

Refunds


 will not be granted if:

  • Unable to provide rig rental purchase transaction number (located in digital wallet payment made from).
  • Rig downtime caused by customer error.
  • Request not submitted to Billing Support within 14 days of transaction.

will be granted if:
  • We terminate rental during customer rental period.
  • Mining rig goes offline during rental period.
  • Issue caused by us, MG Rig Hashing.
